Patrick Le Galès   Patrick Le Galès is CNRS Research Professor of Sociology and Politics at Sciences Po Paris, Centre d'études européennes and he chairs the "Cities are Back in Town" and "Restructuring the State" research groups. He is a corresponding Fellow of the British Academy, a former editor of the  International Journal of Urban and Regional Research , a past president of SASE (Society for Advanced Socioeconomics), and a trustee of the  Foundation for Urban and Regional Research.

Måns Lönnroth   Måns Lönnroth has been managing director of Mistra, a Swedish endowed foundation for strategic environment research and the international vice chairman of the China Council for International Cooperation on Environment and Development. He has also ben a political advisor at the Prime Minister's Office between 1985 and 1991. He was previously the member of two boards: the Volvo Research and Educational Foundations (VREF) and the International Institute for Sustainable Development in Canada.

Jay Walder   Jay Walder is the incoming CEO of Alta Bicycle Share now known as Motivate, a global bike sharing company that operates systems in ten cities around the globe -- including CitiBike in NYC. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong's MTR Corporation from 2012-2014. He has worked in the rail industry in both England and the US for over 20 years. Before joining MTR Corporation, Walder was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority in the US.

He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong's MTR Corporation from 2012-2014. He has worked in the rail industry in both England and the US for over 20 years. Before joining MTR Corporation, Walder was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority in the US.
